.Information
The homely and private villas been built in top tourist area; on the north west, 3 miles from Grand-Bay and 15 miles to Port-Louis, the capital.
From the villa, the best white sandy beach is 9 minutes walk and most basic facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc are 7 minutes.

Rules to hire the villas
1. The DAILY rental is from £40.00 (47 euros) for the smaller villa taking 4 adults. The bigger villla is from £55.00 (58 euros) sleeping 7 adults.
2. To reserve, we request £60 (69 euros) for the small villa and £80 (89 euros) for the bigger villa. The balance should be paid 2 weeks before you travel, please.
3. If you intend to travel within 30 days of booking; we require full payment. In the event of any complete cancellation, 50% of your money may be refunded. You may even change the booked date for alternate vacant date, withou t any loss of payment.
For no extra cost:-
1. We collect guests from the airport for no extra cost ( Collection ONLY)
2. Include utility bills like:- gas, electricity, water etc.
3. We have modern facilities such as Electric fans,Air Conditioners, Washing machine, Cooker, Microwaves, Kettles, T, fridge, Freezer, Television and Radio.
4. Beds have mosquito nets and bed linen provided; Security lights stay on during the nights.
5. We provide weekly maid service.

For an Optional charge
A. The maid would wash and iron your clothing, do shopping and cooking as well as baby sitting.
B. Self drive car or a chauffeur driven car is available to hire
C. You receive services from local hospital, private clinics, chemists,doctors surgery and most water sports.

Be prepared, the average temperature is 36 degrees C and sticky atmosphere during January to part of march

A receipt and welcome letter will only be sent out once I have cleared funds

As utility bills are fully inclusive so there will be no extra cost to yourselves apart from the rental cost of the villa.
